Across South Beach, our firm has led a series of partial and complete interior renovations for boutique and luxury hotels ranging from 10,000 to 60,000 square feet, with construction values between $1M and $10M. Serving as Architect of Record, we guided each project from restoration through modernization, balancing historic preservation with contemporary hospitality standards.

Our work at 1HOTEL also included a comprehensive 60,000-square-foot pool deck restoration, featuring a new structural pool system, expansive deck surfaces, luxury cabanas, integrated lighting, and full-service wet bar and towel facilities, transforming the deck into a vibrant, resort-style destination.

At the Boulan Hotel, we reimagined the lower-floor terrace level, designing expansive guest suites that overlook Collins Avenue and 21st Street. The new layouts maximize natural light and urban views while elevating the guest experience with refined finishes and spatial clarity.

For several historic Art Deco properties, we completed full-building restorations, including guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, and public areas, alongside thoughtful exterior landscaping upgrades. Each intervention preserved the architectural character of the original structures while introducing updated systems and amenities.
