Ranging in scale from 3,000 to 100,000 square feet and with construction values between $3M and $10M, each project is guided by a thoughtful balance of functionality, aesthetics, and resident-driven input.

Pool decks are reimagined as multifunctional outdoor retreats, with reconfigured pool layouts, cabanas, sundecks, picnic areas, and integrated landscaping to create defined, purposeful spaces. Lobby renovations are executed in close collaboration with our interior design partner, resulting in elegant, hospitality-inspired entry experiences that elevate the overall tone of each building.

Additional upgrades often include state-of-the-art fitness centers, yoga studios, sauna and steam rooms, libraries, activity rooms, management offices, and exterior entry canopies. Each project requires coordination with resident associations and successful approval through voting processes—an area in which the firm’s experience in condominium governance and client communication has proven essential.
