Located in the heart of Coral Gables, this 7,000-square-foot law office renovation brings clarity and warmth to a traditionally formal program. The design embraces a clean, traditional aesthetic, tailored to reflect the professionalism and discretion central to legal practice.

The layout balances openness with privacy: a flexible workstation area anchors the space, supported by executive offices, dedicated conference rooms, and a welcoming client lobby. A centrally located kitchenette and lounge offer staff a refined, comfortable retreat. Acoustic integrity was a priority throughout, with sound-isolated rooms designed to uphold confidentiality and ensure quiet, focused work environments.

Natural materials and a neutral palette lend the space a calm, timeless character. Carefully integrated lighting and thoughtfully detailed finishes create a workplace that feels both efficient and gracious. As Architect of Record, the firm led the project through all phases, from concept to completion in March 2024, delivering a space that aligns with the values and operational needs of a modern law practice.
